Theodore was spot on. He arrive exactly at 10am in my front door. Had a quick chat about any of my concerns and on he went to do his job. He finished the task expediently. I did a test drive, signed the invoice and off he went. Yes, it was that quick and easy. I had a similar job performed at my usual autoshop about a year ago for the front brakes and it costed me over $600. I managed to get this similar job done for less than $350 total. Saved over $250. And I didn't see any additional advantage of doing this at some shop. In fact, it was much more convenient to do this at my home, where I didn't sit around and wasted my valuable time. Overall, this was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Theodore again for all my future auto needs.
