I gave him a 3 star because the appoinment was set up for 7PM and he arrived at 9:30PM, two hours late and it took longer than 1 hour as promised by the person I spoke to on the phone ( not Gary). He is professional and he called and let me know that he was coming late, but I did not expect 2.5 hours late. Lucky I did not have any place to go that day. It would be hard for me to recommend Your Mechanic because of this. They should at least gave me a dicount for the inconvienience. It was not Garys fault he got tied up at the appoinment beofre me. But the company (Your Mechanis) that sends him should have shedule it better.

Andrew has serviced my BMW twice now and both times he was not only on time, but he was early, he’s been efficient, knowledgeable and honest. He’s communicated recommendations, never felt pressured and I will continue to request his services.
