Gets down to business with a hard working attitude. He was knowledgeable in changing my rotors and brake pads. For the e-brake, he knew how to put in service mode for the rears.

Audi S4 V6-2.7L Turbo - Car Battery Replacement - Centreville, Virginia
Mila did a very good job. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is, he was not 100% familiar with how to remove or reinstall the trim parts under the hood that you have to do to replace the battery on this particular car (2002 Audi S4}, it’s not easy. I knew that very few Mechanics have experience with this particular car so I hung out and helped him get it right. He was more than willing to make sure it was perfect before he left, and he did. 4.5 stars is probably the right rating
