Ken was awesome. He's obviously knowledgeable and even though our tiny little 2007 Honda Fit didn't have enough room for his big old hands, lol, he managed to knock her out in a couple of hours. If we ever need service again we will be calling and requesting Ken. I suggest you should as well.
