This was a recall of a job done were the break pads were faulty. Rich came out, diagnosed the issues, reported back to the company and within days I had an appointment to correct the problem. Rich called and asked if he could come early, which I loved, and did the work in a timely fashion. I think he is great and wouldI like recommend him to anyone.

Rich was early to the appointment and clear about the process. He ensured the location was ok to undertake the repair work and proceeded on the work. He is a very congenial guy.

The mechanic was kind but the company is only after your money...very expensive and they don't care if your car still doesn't work good. They asked me $169 for an estimate. After fixing it and still dont run good....unsane...
