He was. Excellent, he kept in contact with me to let me know who he was and how long it would be till he got to my house to do Oil change. He arrived 20 mins early was very professional and prompt very detailed in describing my issues and things I need to get fix in near future. What a fantastic device you provide! I was so worried about how I was going to afford towing the vehicle and getting it fixed. James came to the car that was broken down in a parking lot and fixed it on the spot! Upfront pricing, no wait, no haggling for more work to be done! He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient!
