We come to you

Avoid the hassle of driving your car or having it towed to a service center. Your mechanic will service your car at the convenience of your home or office, 7 days a week. On the day of the appointment, your mechanic will bring all the tools and parts required to service your car. All you need to provide is a driveway or parking space where the mechanic can work.

THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT

• You’ll receive an email reminder from us on the day before your appointment.

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

• You’ll get a text and email when your mechanic is on their way to you
• Navigate to the appointment in your dashboard to see your mechanic driving to you on the map.
• If you’re not available to meet with your mechanic, message them from the appointment in your dashboard and let them know where they can pick up the keys to do the repairs while you’re away.
• Please avoid driving your car 30 minutes before your appointment to keep the engine cool.
• Your mechanic will arrive at your specified location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Feel free to ask your mechanic any questions you have about your car.
• You can ask your mechanic to provide the old parts they replaced (an extra charge may apply if there is a core charge). Otherwise, your mechanic will properly dispose of the old parts for you.
• After every service, our mechanics perform a full 50-Point inspection on your car and an electronic report will be available in your dashboard.
