There was no waiting for Richard to arrive as he came about 20 minutes early. Had all the necessary tools to do the job. He performed the changing of the crankshaft position sensor in less then the time alotted (which I just knew couldn't be done). Access to this component is fairly restricted. I know this because I attempted to change this myself. I'm very,very pleased with the work Richard performed and WILL have him back to do other work on my car........Thank you, Richard for a job well done.

Richard came right on time. He was very patient and knowledgeable, listening to all my concerns and showing me all the various problems he found. I booked him for just an inspection, and it was very thorough and broken down into priority levels, which is exactly what I needed and wanted. Definitely recommend him!

Not only on time..But early. Very easy to understand. I felt like Richard was not trying to dig deep into my pockets.

Richard was about 30 minute early which was perfect for me. He was honest that we didn't need a brake pad replacement and was able to help me diagnose what the real problem was. Highly recommended!

He performed a basic inspection, connected his device and said there was an emission leak issue (which I already knew). And said that the problem I was having with car was that my transmission was going out.

Hired Richard for a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a 16 year old Ford Excursion. He called the day before the appointment to confirm. Asked questions about what my primary concerns with were the vehicle. He was on time and provided a very detailed analysis of the current condition of the vehicle. I would highly recommend him.

He was great, he showed up on time and was quick. Very nice and professional. Will definitely be using this service again. He let me know of a couple things wrong and sent in a quote for that too, which I will most likely be taking them up on. My boss heard about it and ran out to talk to Richard before he left about getting work done on his vehicle.

Richard was extremely professional from start to finish. Prior to coming to my home, Richard called to let me know when he would be arriving. Upon arrival, he informed regarding what he would be doing and the approximate time that he would need to complete the service. What I was extremely impressed with was the manner in which he informed me regarding the recommendations for my car. There was never any attempt to pressure me into adding on a service that I didn't need. I will be using the Your Mechanic service for all my car's future needs.

Excellent experience with Your Mechanic and especially impressed with Richard. He communicated with me prior to showing up for the appointment and was extremely professional. He fully explained everything to me prior to completing the work and then went through everything with me after to make sure I was satisfied. I also had some additional work that I wanted to get done and he set up the quote on the spot and completed that work as well.
