Richard is a 1st rate mechanic. It was very obvious he knew what he was doing and had much experience. He takes pride in his work. I have already told my associates about him. He arrived earlier than I expected. He completed the work in a shorter than expected time period. I was able to pick the grandchildren up from school on time Thanks again Richard. Your a PRO

Very professional.

Richard came in our parking garage, along with his posse. At first, he did not leave the best impression but he seemed to know what he was doing so we trusted him with diagnosing and fixing the problems we had with the car. He was very honest, and charged us reasonably and without surprises. The only complaint i have is that his own car was leaking oil and he left our garage without cleaning up, which I could have gotten in trouble with the property manager with. He also left hand prints on our car without cleaning it, too. When he was all finished, he asked us to drive to a nearby parking lot so he could take photos of the car. When we left, we discovered that the car was having problems starting and accelerating, and Richard voluntarily stayed with us for an extra hour trying to find out which exact parts were not functioning. The problem seemed to be the throttle, he helped us get the car running again temporarily and offered to book another appointment with him.

Richard was FANTASTIC!! Very Professional and On Time!! He found that the last mechanic that worked on my van put the wrong oil filter on, he let me know and also showed me the difference between both. My van sounds a whole lot better now than it did before!! Thank you so much Richard!! This was my first time using YourMechanic and definitely not the last!! I would refer Richard to anyone out there!! Thank You for this awesome and convenient service!!

Richard arrived on time, was very friendly, and was very knowledgable and helpful with the car. He was even able to take great extra pictures of the car which he included in the report and which I will be using for my car's listing (I'm selling it online). I'll definitely use him again in the future.
