Joseph was everything you want in a mechanic. He showed up early for my appointment. He was courteous and professional. I was not 100% about my car issues and he asked me all the right questions to ensure he would provide the service and care that was needed.

Very professional and explained issues as many times as I needed without making me feel stupid.

I had Joseph come out for what I thought was a complete alternator replacement. He diagnosed it quickly and saved me the new alternator! He was early for the appointment, friendly and transparent with EVERYTHING he was doing. He even interacted with my two young boys who couldn't stop asking what he was doing. I have used YourMechanic.com and Joseph previously on a second car I own. I had Joseph do a pre-purchase car inspection (even though I had already bought the car from a very close and trusted friend) because of a few minor concerns and questions I had. Joseph reassured me that some of my concerns weren't actually issues, at all. It was more of misinformation.
