This was my second time using Joel from Your Mechanic. For Joel, time is money so he quickly got started replacing both belts. He finished within 40 minutes and then took time to diagnose why my engine light was on. It turned out to be a simple fix, reset the gas cap. If you are considering using Your Mechanic, I highly recommend their service and especially Joel.

Joel is AWESOME! He has worked on my car a few times now. Each time he has been on time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and discusses with you what he's going to do to the car. He gets to work very quickly and always finishes in a timely manner. He's very knowledgeable and I have confidence in him when he fixes my car. It's hard to find an honest mechanic that you can trust and I can truly say that I have found that in Joel. I know 100% that what he tells me is what I need to do to my car. To be fair, he did not arrive to the appointment until about 45 minutes after the appointment time (appointment was at 8am, he showed up around 8:45am). Even in light of this, I have no hesitation in recommending Joel to anyone else looking for a mechanic. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and got the job done quickly. I am certainly looking forward to my next appointment with him.

Very pleased with the service, Joel was very professional , polite and skilled, he got right to it and completed sooner than expected. He was very proactive in that he called ahead of time to get my vehicle's VIN number and was able to insure he was bringing the correct part.
