As a first time car buyer and car novice, purchasing a car can be a very overwhelming process. Having Carlos as my mechanic for the PPI was exactly what I needed as he was not only thorough in his inspection, but explained the importance of each of the different attributes of the car he was inspecting. Also, by providing an objective assessment of the cost of repairs that would need to be done, I was able to negotiate a lower cost on the vehicle by justifying the request. Thanks Carlos!

Carlos called ahead of our appointment and arrived on time. He did an excellent job of replacing all 8 coils on the engine, some of which were difficult to get to. He was amiable, explained what he was doing, and offered good maintenance suggestions. Carlos is a very good mechanic.
