Khoa was ontime for the scheduled time and was very professional through the whole experience. Originally I had ordered a replacement starter, and Khoa went out of his way to diagnose every possible means so that I didn't have to pay for a complete replacement. Unfortunately the starter was the issue, but I very much appreciate the extra 20 min Khoa spent to save me money!
