I'm giving Simon 5 stars because he was professional, on time, and could accurately diagnose the program. My misgivings about the experience have more to do with the fact that my transmission could not be fixed in the field, which I did not realize could be the case until after he told me. Wrench should have made that possibility more clear and saved me the cost of having Simon come out, but that isn't Simon's fault at all. Thank you, Simon.

I was kept up to the minute as to Mr. Sanchez's progress in route to my location. When he arrived he introduced himself and we discussed the problem(s). He was very professional we briefly discussed his experience, then he went right t work. The work was done in an efficient manner, utilizing ll new parts and fluids. When the work was completed he explained what was done ( gave me the old serpentine belt) and we started up my Jeep. He took some additional info and photos, explained a few thing, then made suggestions for possible work needs.
