Patrick was late for the appointment due to some unforeseen problems. He was very nice and professional. It was a very difficult part to replace on my vehicle but he handled it with patience and composure. My son who lives in California recommended trying my mechanic out. I had never heard of the service and was very skeptical about trying it. Because of how good Patrick was, I am glad I tried it out.
