Luis is very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the reason for my car not starting in less than a minute (dead battery) and got to resolving the matter promptly. He further diagnosed my car to make sure that all potential reasons for it not starting was reviewed. He made sure that the battery had sufficent time to charge, suggested that we go to and auto parts store near my house to ensure that the battery is not past it prime. He communicated with the store associate to get my battery tested, made sure everything was ship shape before he ended the appointment. He did not rush through the appointment, but actually to his time to thoroughly check things out. I'll definitely be request him again in the future if if have an issue with my car and need a mechanic.
