Although Andrew arrived past the scheduled appointment, he contacted me advising he would be late (understandable with the nature of the work) and kept me up to date on when he would arrive. He was able to temporarily fix the problem and explained what to expect and what will be needed if/when the problem recurs. Very nice young man.
