Will was not only very friendly, but also showed up to the appointment early, as he had finished up another job quickly and asked if it was possible to head over to me sooner than the scheduled time. Standard Oil Change Appointment - Great communication. Easy, stress free appointment in these stressful COVID times. Explained that my wife was high-risk and Mark went out of his way to ensure the appointment was safe and contactless. Great job!! He was very professional and helpful! He checked my entire car out and replaced my alternator as a credit, as I had Your Mechanic put in one last July and I was under warranty. On a side note, be careful. Even though it was proven this was a valid warranty and that the alternator they put in my car last year is what failed, I would not be charged.... However, they did attempt to charge me $149. for a free service. That is just a shame. I DO NOT blame Steven, I blame Your Mechanic with attempting to debit my card. My CU alerted me to this charge.
