Clifton was polite and professional. I requested an oil change and new brake pads. While there, he found the pads did not need to be replaced. Instead, he cleaned the pads that were already on the car and eliminated the squeaking. He also found the source of some noise I was hearing and made recommendations on how to fix. He then made time in his schedule on Monday to fix the other items he found and worked with me to choose the most important items that needed to be fixed now, vs. those that could wait until later. I am grateful Clifton was only willing to do the work needed on my car and look forward to working with him again in the future.
