Replacing a battery used to be child's play .... not any more. The 12 volt battery died on my C-Max hybrid so I looked up the procedure on You Tube, like we all do with everything. Special knowledge, special equipment, resetting the systems, YIKES. Mark knew it all and had the job done in an hour. Plus he's a great guy. Mr. Fincher is an honest mechanic. He found out after doing an Inspection of the brake system that my Brake shoes were also in repair. However, because of budgetary restraint, I was not prepared to pay to get the brake shoes done. He said that the shoes pads were worn out and that he could not do the brake cylinder job without doing the brake shoes. I am so grateful that this young man is honest and has integrity. This is a second vehicle for our family and we drive it very little so I opted not to get the work done at this time.
