My car's brakes were making a grinding noise, so I needed both the front and back pads to be changed. Pete was originally scheduled for Friday afternoon. About 30 minutes before my appointment time, he gave me a call and told me that he would be running late and asked if I wanted to reschedule. It was raining, so I opted to reschedule for the following morning. On Saturday morning, Pete arrived 20 minutes early and was extremely professional and friendly. I live in an apartment, so he met me in a parking lot across the street. He was sure to make me feel comfortable and he went out of his way to ensure that I trusted him with my vehicle. Pete was done in record time and he even showed me the old pads and pointed out which one was grinding. I will definitely be using YourMechanic again!
