John was great! He arrived early and had everything needed to replace the terminal on my battery. He got my car up and running even though doing so requires a few creative modifications. I would definitely book him again. Thanks, John!

John came early (after checking with me that it was ok) and had to leave late because the task was more tedious than planned (I have a small car with everything crammed together). However, he remained very patient and friendly all along, definitely a good experience!

Very pleasant after he arrived but appt was 8 am and I finally had service at shortly after 3 pm. Sprayed brakes so they do not make a sound now but will see after they dry. Bid for oil and filter change was very high compared to my usual rate at VW. I'll try again when need arises to see how it all "shakes out".

He was on time and very personable. He took the time to answer all my questions and I would highly recommend him.

Answers to common Volkswagen questions

Suspension up front makes a ton of noise, creaks
Answered by Jay
The front suspension has many moving parts which could cause the noise you describe. The most likely cause is the sway bar links binding. They can be inspected by turning the suspension steering and bouncing the car up and down,...
Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful
Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
Why does my motor go from running to just dead?
Answered by Jay
There are no recalls or technical service bulletins (TSB) for the stalling while driving complaint, however there have been other owners who've had similar drivability issues. The fuel pump relay may have an intermittent open circuit, causing you to lose...
