I had a not so great week when my car wouldn't start even with a jump. Lavell really turned my week around and was incredible! He was in the area the day before my appointment and asked if I wanted my car fixed early. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and had all the requisite parts on hand. He answered my questions completely and insightfully. I stuck around while he replaced my battery and terminals and on top of all that he was a great conversationalist to boot.
