Matthew arrived early for our appointment which was good. I have used Matthew several times and he has always been professional, very knowledgeable on all the vehicles he has serviced for my family. He has a good personality and always willing to offer information on what you inquire about even if it's specific to your current problem.

Nicholas, was on time and in fact here a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. I could tell he was extremely competent, had all the right tools, knowhow and get the area he was working clean and picked everything up after he finished. Nicholas was personable and explained what he was going to be doing and had questions about the issues I experienced that prompted the service appointment. We test drove the car together and he provided pointers on how to best break in the brake components. everything was handled without fuss, on-time and I will most certainly recommend Nicholas.
