Andrew was dedicated and persistent. He had the tools needed to complete the job. He repaired the shifter on a Volvo S80. The linkage was in a small confined space. He was able to disconnect the linkage, determine the spring was worn out, repair it and reassemble it.
He was friendly and easy to talk with. He probably would have finished the job sooner if I hadn't been talking with him.
