I needed the starter replaced on my 2007 volkswagen jetta and James arrived a little early and did the installation and also a thorough inspection of my car. John showed up on time to my home, asked what was going on from my perspective outside of what I wrote in the notes, and got to work. When done he was transparent about what was going on and what could also be going on if he dug a little deeper (though he didn't think so). I liked that because he wanted to make sure there were no surprises upon the next service. He let me know that new quote for how to fix the problem was below dealer and shop prices, yet said feel free to compare and get back to him. John was professional and personable (and convenient with him coming to my home), so it was no need for me to do any further comparison and I booked him to complete the job!
