Dan was great! He called me around 11 am to asked if he could come earlier, he arrived around noon and got the job done by 1:30. That included going to get a hose and installing it! I will definitely book future appointments to use Dan and I have already told all my friends! Great job and thanks for not giving me the run around like Pep Boys! They wanted to charge me $1012.52 to replace my whole cooling system when it was only a heater hose! Dan is a life saver and a wallet saver!

As a single mom with absolutely nothing to squander away in time, money and patience with much of the auto industry, I was sincerely apprehensive on trying this service out. However, within 10 minutes of Chris' *early* arrival, I was elated and relieved. Everything was explained to me, services that werent needed were relayed and removed from the bill, he was willing to show me the hows, explain to me the whys and totally satisfied all my queries with professional tact and patience.
