I was due for a tire rotation and oil change, and Deane showed up promptly to do the job. After checking my tires, he said that the tire rotation wasn't actually necessary, which I truly appreciated because it saved me a lot of money. I would definitely work with Deane again as he is a truly professional and standup guy.

Victor was running a little behind but he promptly texted and informed me of the slight delay, I really appreciate that. Once he showed up he changed all 4 rotors and brake shoes on my Jetta. I drove the car home ( I had the service done at a friends place in ABQ cuz they dont service Sandia Park, Really really wish they did tho!) The car feels great and this has been by far the most stress-less experience dealing with auto repair issues I have ever experienced! My vehicles are my livelihood and going to a shop is always a hassle and they are usually condescending and its very hard to determine if im getting ripped off. The price was also pretty competitive to the quotes I got when I called around. Victor was great and as long as this service is available my days of going to a shop or dealer are over!

The best thing I can say is I can count on him, without reservation; to show up, to know his stuff, to be honest, and to do the job as well as it can be done, and by the way, he couldn’t be more pleasant.
