Was a bit pissed when 10 a.m. came around and no call or message from Robert. Things happen though. I just really wanted my truck to be fixed. I returned home from work about 3p.m. I received a call from an unfamiliar number. It was Robert apologizing about not getting ahold of me earlier. Mentioned his accidently was left in his customers car the day before. He asked if I still would like him to come by for the inspection. I said " hell yeah!" Dude was AWESOME! He really is a great mechanic. 33 years of experience and it shows. Robert I thank you very much, bro. I am really glad they sent you out. Thanks again. I will also let you know how my 4 a.m. start time went on the tundra tomorrow.

Arrived as promised. Was courteous and perform the task at hand to fix the problem. Please note, he charge half the price of of what Centennial Toyota would have charge me for the same work done. Thank you, Raymond.

Probably the friendliest most knowledgeable mechanic I’ve ever met. He had a lot of tips about Toyotas which are mostly all that I own. He was quick, experience, knowledgeable, on time, and very punctual. I’m not sure I can find more knowledgeable and friendly mechanic even if I tried. If I had a choice, I would use Hugh every single time.
