I got a text from him early in the morning asking if I would be open to an earlier appointment, which I readily agree to, and once the work began he was very efficient with both his time and mine, allowing me to get back to the remainder of my work day with the confidence of having a working vehicle. First of all he came early which I was so pleased cuz I wanted an earlier appointment to begin with. he called to ask if that was okay so that was a plus. when he came he was very thorough he checked you all aspects he asked me questions he didn't treat me like I was oblivious...he explained things to me he made me feel confident and informed about my vehicle. The recommendations he made, I felt that I could trust what he was saying and I was comfortable with accepting those recommendations. I definitely definitely will hire him again.
