I'm a little disappointed. The problem was diagnosed quickly and correctly but the follow up advice was unhelpful and while he wrote me a a quote he let me know that the follow up work may be a hassle due to him possibly being unable to procure the right part the first time. ( Even though he has the VIN #). I tried contacted him to address my concerns but he didn't get back to me. In addition, I was contacted three times by customer service and given three different answers to the same question.
