Theodore was absolutely phenomenal! I booked him to fix our company vehicle but was out sick the day he was scheduled to come. He was extremely patient as I coordinated for someone to let him into the parking garage.

Not only was I kept apprised of the time of his appointment, he arrived as promised. He is a very nice person and apparently very knowledgeable. Listened to our comments courteously and explained what he found after his review. Was genuinely sorry to give me the bad news. I appreciated his manner and his expertise. I would definitely use him again. Five stars is not enough.
