This is the second time I've used John and I can honestly say the experience was as good or greater! John is the consummate professional; punctual, communicates clearly before and during the appointment, and very knowledgeable about his craft. He also goes above and beyond to advise and help you in any way he can. I had an issue that isn't very common, but instead of trying a few things and moving on, John was determined to figure out what the problem was. He stayed way longer than he was obligated, but it's what I expect from him as he seems to genuinely care about his customers. Recently, I had a local mechanic try to get over on me and overcharge for replacing an alternator, but John came and was very honest upfront and beyond reasonable with the cost. I've already recommended him to several family members and friends and will continue to use him for my needs as well!

Jermaine came out twice to look at my car. First to check and confirm that a previous mechanic did not install the correct part and second to fix the issue. He he was profession, quick, and did a great job explaining the issue to me clearly.
