2018 Toyota C-HR 110,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I Am brand new to the service and after reading some of the reviews with other people after I booked my appointment I was very apprehensive. Ross was great he didn't cancel he did the job quickly and did provide recommendations for other services and an opportunity to schedule them with him at a later time. Prior to finding your mechanic I had taken my car to three different shops for quotes with an estimate from one of over $600. It's nice to know that there's a service out there that people can trust and that mechanics actually follow through and who are professional and courteous. He replaced my rear brakes and rotors. Once I find a good thing I am definitely loyal and as long as I can get Ross to perform the services I will use the company again.

Kevin explained what was going on with my car in a way that was easy to understand, and he figured out what a shop could not. He was very friendly, the diagnostic was worth every penny.

Jay went straight to work! He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and told me how low cranking amps was causing problems foe me. Then he suggested I drive the car and see if additional repairs are needed. So I'm driving again, thanks to Jay!
