We had another great experience with Rodney. He called ahead of the appointment and asked if he could arrive early. He arrived with the parts and was ready to begin the repair. Several shops told us that the parts for my vehicle were no longer available. Rodney located the parts and ordered them for the repair. Rodney originally said the repair would take several hours, but Rodney was able to complete the repairs in approximately one hour. He showed me the old parts and offered them to me if I wanted. Rodney was very professional and polite. The area was completely cleaned up before he left, and he answered all of our questions. We would recommend Rodney to our friends, and we would ask for him again if another repair was needed.

I immediately felt confident as he displayed a very confident presentation without feeling any un-comfortability or threat at all. He did his work and when finished gave me the details and shared the options. I was pleased with this appointment; I would definitely call for his services again. James
