James did a wonderful job. He changed out the starter with out a hitch and now I do not half to worry about an intermittent functioning starter. I was going to change it myself and then looked at the hassle of it...I did not want to deal with it. James made it look easy, but I knew it would have been a chore for me. He was very nice and professional. Gave me some recommendations without being a sales person. I felt he was honest and sincere. Oh, on a side note, if this was done at a shop, the mechanic would probably not have finished in a couple of hours. I was up and driving around very quickly...not an all day project.

Chuck was great! We talked via phone to discuss the available options to repair my Highlander. He worked with me to schedule a time that was convenient for me, and he arrived early for the appointment. He walked me through some of the other issues that exist on my 2008 Highlander which has 223k miles. His feedback on my car was clear and easy to understand.
