Kenneth was on time as scheduled. I really admired his calm personality, yet very knowledgeable and caring. I liked the fact that Kenneth takes his time in diagnosing, then pointed out the issues, and even explained the best possible ways to resolve them. I'm just glad to have met Kenneth, thus he's considered as one of the very few honest and caring mechanics that I have done business with. Eduardo is awesome! He texted me asking if he could come a little early, I was free so I said sure. I had made the appointment for a new thermostat, which I was 90% sure was the issue with my car heater, but I asked him if he could check it first. He said that due to the diagnostic procedure for it he could either do diagnostic or the repair I ordered today, but not both due to engine temp etc. But he said it most likely was the thermostat based on my description, so I agreed to go ahead and replace it as booked. He let me stick around and observe, checked & tested his own work to make sure it was done right, and he even ended up finishing all the work before my original appointment start time. I got in my car to move it after the repair and it was toastier than it’s been in years!!! On top of all that Eduardo is courteous and professional, which is always a treat.

This guy is above and beyond, show up on time and got the job done professionally and with no time , extremely satisfied!!
