Very satisfied. Robert diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it on the spot. He was courteous and helpful, and explained clearly what he was going to do, and why. He also gave me an estimate for some necessary further work, and showed me why that also needs to be done eventually. He is obviously a competent mechanic and understands the electronics involved. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly when he came to replace my water pump and timing belt for my 95 Subaru Legacy. He noticed that my alternator belt was worn, so I quickly grabbed one from the shop down the street and he replaced it at no charge.
