I find Robert Panaggio an excellent asset to the YourMechanic organization. He’s knowledgeable and very skilled in providing automotive service to customers who’d rather sublet the job to folks who knows how to do it. Today, I had the pleasure of knowing how Robert approaches the job at hand. He removed my Subaru Forester’s fuel sender unit and replaced it with a new one to my great satisfaction. But, to do it is not just a simple R/R, he had to pull out the rear bench seat and other accessories on the way, to just locate its location prior to the actual R/R task. Robert is prompt in reporting to work and he made me feel at ease and comfortable that I am in good hands.
