Patrick was on time and did the oil change without any issues. He answered my questions and it was clear that he takes the job in a professional manner. (I felt bad that it was 25 degrees outside, but he didn't complain at all!)

My alternator died so I decided to try this rather than having my car towed to my regular mechanic. I was very pleased with the service Tinashe provided and will definitely use this service again, especially if I'm in a have to tow situation.
