Derrick was punctual with time, even came 10 minutes earlier! He is very knowledgeable and helpful in fixing the issue with my car. He was very thorough with assessing and was also quick about the process. Likewise, he even extended his offers to pump my tire as he noticed it was going alittle flat. He honestly didn’t have to! But he was so kind enough to help me out. If I have any issues, I would definitely request him again!

He was over an hour and 30 mins late for the appt. The appt. Was for 11:30 am and didn't receive notification we was on his way till 12:30. An hour after. He did arrive but no till 1:10pm with only saying very little and getting right to work. Surprisingly work was done within the hour. The car is driving wonderfully and the brakes work looks great. The only down side is lack of communication and being close to 2 hrs late. Debating if i will use this service again, but was still helpful with me working 2 jobs .
