Patrick was amazing! He performed a thorough inspection on my car, diagnosed the cause of a check engine light (a camshaft position sensor issue), and helped me schedule a follow up appointment to get that resolved. Thank you so much!

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

Deane was going to be late to our original time due to the previous job running over but he remained in communication and arrived at his next possible moment a couple of hours later. Deane was able to identify the issue rather quickly and even demonstrated to me how & why involved in this situation. Engine Light is finally off and the car finally passed smog check.
