Robert was sent to finish a job another mechanic could not complete, and Robert was timely, professional, and clean. I will certainly be requesting Robert personally the next time any of my vehicles need servicing.

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

This was fantastic - knowing everything about the car prior to flying in to pick it up was so re-assuring, and made me feel even more excited about the purchase!
