Duane was awesome! I will definitely book Duane again to work on my truck. My fuel pump died on a Friday afternoon and I couldn't get to work that night. I had my truck diagnosed by another mechanic at MyMechanic on Saturday to make sure it was the fuel pump. Then I booked a Sunday appointment to have Duane do the repair so I could get back on the road and not miss work on Monday. Duane did my repair on his normal day off and even went to get the parts himself when he found out that they wouldn't be available from his normal supplier until late Sunday afternoon, which would have forced me to reschedule the appointment to another day. Truck is running great and I found an excellent mechanic!

Johnny arrived early and figured out the issue quickly and determined that it was a faulty alternator. Since he was the one who put it in the first time, said that this should be covered under the warranty and put it in the diagnostic notes.
