He was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and provided clear explanations. I really appreciated that he put my battery lock clamp back in place (I was the one who took it off to remove and test the battery). I felt bad that it took him awhile because the bars were corroded, but it was so nice of him to do it. I would definitely recommended him and will refer to him for future work.
