I never leave reviews for anything ever, but this was such a great experience! Ben was on time, fast, friendly, and he did exactly what I needed with no problems. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this service sooner. I highly recommend Ben and YourMechanic.

Duane was great. To the point he gave me a quote on some things I need done, but told me to ask about having it covered under warranty. He was up front and honest about everything and when I found out the dealer won’t cover it and it would be double the price, I just instantly booked Duane again.

This was my first time using a mobile mechanic, as I normally do my own work on my vehicles, and I have to say this experience was way better than most I have had with the few auto shops I have had to visit. Joesph talked to me and not at me. Showed up on time and got right to work. As he was working, Joesph answered questions that I had about other issues that I have been dealing with in this vehicle. Some of which helped diagnosis more problems related to why he was here in the first place to. I now have more information to make a better plan of action on those repairs. I will definitely keep Joesph in mind next time I need help with any of my future vehicle repairs.
