Alex is an amazing mechanic and a gentleman. He pays attention to customers concerns and is highly competent and knowledgeable as a mechanic. Besides that he is just a really respectful, polite person and will not rush or ignore you as a customer. I believe he goes beyond and does more than other mechanics do and the fact he is qualified to examine and service luxury and high performance cars makes a difference too. When he did a pre-vehicle inspection for me on a Porsche the appointment went smooth and it was hard to tell it was the first time we ever met, that is how a experience should be in this industry but frequently is not. Alex does not sugar coat mechanical issues either. He is honest, upfront, and states the facts whether you as a customer may or may not like the facts, and truly the automotive industry needs that. I think it is cool that he can meet you at your house or even place of business to service your car and do any repairs needed versus having to go to a mechanic shop and sit and wait.
