I'm really happy with how smooth this went. He didn't try to up-sell anything to me. Just the work that was needed. He made some observations that were helpful to know. I didn't know what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. I've never used this service before and I'm use to either doing the work myself or having a repair shop do the work. My car is working as it should. He had all the right tools and parts for the job and I didn't have to lend a hand or any personal tools other than starting the car when asked.
