Dominic exceeded my expectations. It's obvious he cares about doing the best job he can for his customers and actually investigates and troubleshoots the problems with the vehicle instead of simply replacing parts, as most mechanics do. He was able to run diagnostics and pull a code out of my vehicle's memory that the dealership either couldn't, or was to lazy to attempt. This enabled him to narrow down the exact cause of the issues and initiate a direct fix, instead of going with a guess.

Luiss showed up on time was very courteous and delivery on finding the root cause of issue in my car. He patiently took many minutes of test drive and despite the cold weather outside was very helpful in finding and fixing the reason my vehicle was making a squeaking noise while turning
