Wow. Incredible service. I recently had gotten a breakdown and quote about what needed to be done to my car. It was a long list and was extremely expensive, to the point where I contemplated maybe buying a different car. I contacted Your Mechanic, it was my 2nd experience with them, and was reminded of why I should ONLY go with them. Reasonable price, they come to my house, and always great service. What was even better, Trung discovered the REAL issue with my car (not at all what the other place said was wrong) and fixed it. My car is a happy car and I'm a happy and SAFE driving in my car.

I was extremely pleased with Eduardo. I was scheduled for him to come on a day the weather forecast was stormy. I text him to let him know of my apprehension and he assured me that he would take care of the appointment. He responded to me several times without delay. The appointment had to be cancelled, which he did. When I rescheduled, I could not get Eduardo's time slot. I literally scheduled and rescheduled 4 times until I was able to find him. I am so glad I did! He was on time and replaced my started right away. He came to my job! My co-worker and the dentist I work for were impressed as well. I will definitely request Eduardo for my other car problems. My Mechanic was great with their notifications. Great first experience!
